CLAIMS
Our experience helps our customers in evaluating their position on a possible claim. We support them throughout the entire process and conversation with the counterpart and/or any legal team.
We also indipendent technical review/assessment as preliminary step to have an appreciation of the case and advise if it is convenient to move forward.
CONSTRUCTION
We regularly support our costumers in providing solutions which can be built as well as considering all the factors to be takend in consideration during the costruction works.
Our input can include temporary works design, project and construction management services.

Design Flexibility
Macfema uses full 2D & 3D PLAXIS modelling to capture real stress conditions — critical for safe design in dense urban environments. Similarly, Macfema can use simplified analyses based on the clients’ needs as well as its expertise with TfL standards.
Claims Support
Technical input and expert review to support complex geotechnical claims. Because of the economy of scale, our input has been provided for small claims in the London area.
PhD-Level Assurance
Design and CAT 3 certificates delivered by a PhD engineer with 20+ years experience and a chartered engineer with tunnelling experience.
Temporary Works Design
No off-the-shelf solutions. Every design includes attention to access, constructability and temporary works.
