What happened?
Our client (VEDA) had an ongoing discussion with TfL about this project and a design solutionwas prepared by other consultant. TfL was not happy with such solution.
Support the client
Macfema Ltd was initially called to
undertake a CAT 3. Check of the original solution which was dismissed because of several
inaccuracies.
Therefore, VEDA asked Macfema to be designer and also to recruit another consultant for the CAT 3 Check.
Achievement
TfL approved the solution following independent CAT 3 check, resolving a two‑year technical deadlock and enabling the project
to progress without further constraints.
