What happened?
Our client (TfL) asked us to engage wit all the internal stakeholder and develop the detailed design solution fora critical cutting between Earls Court andHigh Street Kensington.
Support the client
Macfema Ltd was initially asked to check the design solution indicated in the CDS design. However, the CDS did not consider some construction challenges and a new detailed design was carried out.
Achievement
TfL approved the solution following independent CAT 2 check and Macfema was recognized to have highlighted and resolved all the issues that could have delayed and/or stopped the construction works.
